Our story

lily pops is a small family owned business, founded in 2019 by Eldad and Helen, a husband and wife team, that is passionate about food and their family. Eldad is a “foodie”, he is passionate about cooking, baking and trying new and international foods. Eldad brings five years of catering and event planning, and eleven years of small business ownership experience to the team. Helen is passionate about the science behind the food we eat – the vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and antioxidants – how they affect every cell in our bodies. Or simply - the nutritional value and functional benefit. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and competitive athlete, she is an authority on plant-based and performance nutrition.

As parents of four children, two with Celiac Disease and one with an allergy to dairy, they have constantly struggled to find a frozen pop that could cater to their family's gluten and dairy-free needs. Frustrated that they couldn't find one to meet their gluten-free and dairy-free standards – based on whole, fresh, natural foods, free of artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners and preservatives, they teamed up for the challenge of creating their own! Dedicated to creating a healthy, plant- food based, 100% all-natural, gluten-free and dairy-free frozen pop – 5 years of product development, taste testing, sourcing the freshest, highest quality ingredients from natural and local sustainable and earth friendly sources, and huge amounts of dedication and love are the foundations on which they have built their company – lily pops. Named after their daughter Lily, who has been and always will be their inspiration.

lily pops boutique facility is located in Or Akiva. They received their food production and distribution license in December 2019. lily pops is certified Kosher by the Or Akiva Rabbinate.
